The setting of St James the Great Gawsworth is so picturesque and lends itself well as a backdrop for Weddings.  Combined with our splendid, charismatic Rector ~ Bishop William Pwaisiho and such a friendly and welcoming congregation, it is a wonderful place to begin your married life.

Please come along and visit us for a good look round ~ Our church is open every day, all day, until dusk.  Visitors are very welcome to just look around by following the information in the leaflets available at the back of church, sit for quiet reflection, or light a candle for a loved one and pray.  You would be most welcome to join us at one of our Sunday services and meet us over tea or coffee afterwards ~ for Service times please click on ‘st James ’ .
